Start off by cutting your cardstock to measure 12" long by 6" high, then mark 3" in from each side (top and bottom)
Score your marks, I use my enveloper but any other score tool will do just as well.
Push down on your score marks with your bone folder to give a nice crisp edge
Next you are going to cut inserts for both inside and outside flaps. Do this by taking measurements of one fof the flaps on you card and then cut cardstock to the size you require.
You need to duplicate these four times and also cut another set for the middle of the inside
The next step is to cut out your image and make a mat for it. If you do sewing on your cards remember to cover the back of this part!! Half of this image is can be seen when card is open!!
When you have all parts assmbled, glue them onto your card. You have now got a beautiful tri- fold card!!
Tri-fold card front and ribbon closure envelope
Tri fold inside. I have added a little velcro sticky to keep the card closed.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed this little tutorial.
