Once again I have combined this card using 3 challenges. 1. Sketch layout from Cupcake Craft Challenge
2. Everybody Art Challenge - Birthday theme
3. Charisma Cardz - Diamondy & Sparkly!!
4. Creative Inspirations - Paper Piecing.
First off I started with the sketch and used a stamp by Rachelle Anne Miller, I paper pieced the balloons. Then I added the birthday sentiment. The whole card is dotted throughout without stickles for accents and crystal flowers for the bling!!
