EASTER BLESSINGS

More of a traditional Easter card today. Image has been paper toled quite a few times to give it depth. I added just a little glitter to the daffodils. Ribbon, gold tone embellishments and a little gold tone angel charm complete the front. Lots of stitching and a coordinating envelope which has also been scallop stitched at the top. MY MOTHER, MY FRIEND - MOTHERS DAY CARD

This card was created for a special Mothers Day challenge. It was a real challenge for me because we were not to use any bling and keep the card very simple (I hope I haven't overdone it!!) I made a little rose bouquet for the front and tied it with ribbon. On the ribbon I added a small brass key. The bottom circle of the card spins and read "My Mother" on one side, and "My Friend" on the other. I added the verse which was quite long, so I decided to make a small pocket in the side to hold a tag which can either be written on, or you could add a photo. I also made a coordinating box.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KITTY PLAYING PIANO

Another vintage pic which has been decoupaged using dimensionals to give it 3D effect. Isn't the kitty image smashing!! Also has a little pocket inside to hold gift card. I have stickled the whole piano and kittys little outfit too!! What a star he is. This card is sure to be a hit for any child's birthday. GET WELL DOG & BABY 3D

Look at this cutie little dog caring for the little one. I just love this image. The pics don't really show it too well but I have glossed all the dog and parts of the baby with diamond glaze, so it is really very shiny!! I also added some ribbon to make a kind of border. MAGNOLIA TILDA EASTER BUNNY SCENE

Who doesn't love these Magnolia stamps, I used two different sets, one for the background and then Tilda and the bunny which I made 3D. I colored them with copics and added some highlights with my white gel roller. Parts of the image have been diamond glazed.

What little boy wouldn't like to receive this for his birthday. Image has been paper toled and fire engine just sparkles. I have added a little tinkling bell to the ribbon at the side.

Another cutie from Cuddly Buddly. I made another circle image and then popped the images. Pretty fabric flowers and stickles finish it off. She look as though she has been up to no good!!

Your my best friend teddy & Lamb - Cuddly Buddly

Aren't these the cutest little things!! Yet more images from the Cuddly Buddly range. I created the back circle and framed it with computer drawn flowers. I then paper tolled the images in different layers. Added some matching ribbon to the background and finished off with a little green bow and added a small pink crystal to the center. The inside has a pocket to hold a gift card.

Cherish Your Friends Horse & Dog

I thought Cherish was a pretty apt title for this card. I have paper toled the image 4 times and used diamond glaze on the top dog & horse. Lots of layers and finished the corners off with fabric buttons and matching ribbon. Added the cherish sentiment to the center of the gold look book plate.

Wowee, was working on here late last night and stupidly removed some pics that should have stayed here. So apologies to you all for my little mishap. All the tutorial pics are now back up and I think I have set it straight now. So my words of wisdom for today are, don't work on blog when tired!!

Happy Birthday Kitten & Cake with gift card holder

What do you think of this little kitten, hasn't she got the cutest little face. She has been paper toled for dimension and stickles added to her and the cake. I made a sort of archway around her with coordinating ribbons and added a rhinestone brad at the top. Inside has a little pocket to hold a gift card.

Happy Easter Flowerpot Bunny with gift card holder

Another little cutie from Cuddly Buddly (as you can probably tell, I just cant get enough of these designs, they are way cute!!). Little bunny has been cut and decoupaged several times. I then dotted stickles over parts of him, the flowers and the eggs. I finished off by adding some little crystal flowers and tying a matching bow at the bottom

As always glitter and lots of layers on this card. I have added a velcro sticky for a closure. Embellishments include flat back pearls, crystals and a pretty flatback daffodil.
