Oh boy, it has been a while since I posted on this blog!!

Here are our latest products in at Digital Delights and Delightful they are!!

Perfect favor boxes for that special occassion.

I made this one and decorate it with fabric flower and a ribbon around the center

The Tux was given a bit of pizazz with some black stickles for the shirt buttons and trim around the jacket.

You can puchase both of these boxes at the Digital Delights store. They come in various formats for cutting machines and also a printable pdf for hand cutting only.

Hi all, Gosh it has been so long since I posted and even longer since I posted something I had made. I think I was starting to get withdrawals from crafting:)

So here is my first card of this year.

I used this adorable girl and decoupaged her so there are a LOT of layers

I also handmade this box using some of the same embellishments as the box.

Gotta run, the crafting bug is back, got to get it down while my mojo is on a roll:)

Katie Emmerson Renz is married to Kevin with 3 beautiful boys, the twins Nate and Will, aged 5, and Hunter aged 10, had some news just before Christmas that has rocked their world as they know it.

Katie has been diagnosed with stage 4 Stomach Cancer and is currently undergoing her only option which is Chemotherapy.

A snowman shaker easel card

It's been a long time since I made a shaker card and I was really pleased with the way this one turned out:) Unfortunately the pics don't really show the dimension of the card and of course obviously the movement.

I used Candy Cane Jingles from Digital Delights as the main character in the card. I also made a special box for it with an acetate window to show the card through.

Hi folks, Managed to sneak another creation in today!!

This one is usin Pickles the Penguin and Christmas Accessories set from Digital Delights. Had a lot of fun on this an loved using the liquid pearls for the snow effect.

I also want to share with you today a card I made using the new Nativity set, A Child is Born, from Digital Delights

I made a little scene with all the characters and then decided that it needed something deeper than an evelope to hold it, so I created this box and decorated it. Box has a blue acetate window so you can see the card through the box. I also airbrushed the card background.

I'm super excited to be the Guest DT today over at Truly Scumptious Challenges

I was given a sketch to use and also had to use something old. Well that was easy as I have so many digital stamps that I have illustrated but seldom get a chance to use. I used our Humpty Dumpty set and actually broke out my Tombow markers which I had never used before. I have a Kodak printer and it worked a treat using the tombows and watercolor paper.

I also used Diamond Glaze on Humpty too!! Oh yes also couldn't leave out my stickles. Very sparkly hat!!

August preview for Clear Dollar Stamps

Its almost August and that means that its preview time for our August Clear Dollar Stamps release!! It is with sadness however that after a lot of consideration that I have decided to step down as Illustrator at Clear Dollar Stamps. Time has become very short in trying to achieve everything that I am doing and have had to make the decision

to free up some time!! Of course this may be the last set I am illustrating for CDS but that does not mean that the existing sets will not be available. I hope you will continue to support Clear Dollar Stamps and I thank Lori and the DT for giving me the wonderful opportunity to have worked with them over the past several months!!

OKAY you may be wondering why there has been no posts for a couple of days? Well I took a few days off to celebrate our daughters birthday which is today!! We all took a trip to San Antonio and went to the riverwalk and the amusments park yesterday. Had a great time but it was a touch hot!!

RAK FOR JAYME

One of our very own DT, Lisa Cook, has posted on her blog a RAK for her sister Jayme and this is what Lisa said it involves:

I am having a special event for my sister Jayme. She is in her early 50's and has terminal lung cancer. To make it worse, her sweet dachshund Molly passed away a couple weeks ago. Today we learned her cancer has spread to several other areas and her time is running out. I am asking for all my card making friends to send her a fun card...not really get well cards obviously, but something pretty or funny that will make her smile. She is a frog collector so frog cards would be awesome! I have been blessed by all those I design for to have a wonderful offer of blog candy. Details are below on how to enter. I will choose a winner June 2nd.

SNR Digital Delights Digi Day

This Thursday: May13th at 7PM CST Digital Delights is hosting another FUN Digi Day Event and Challenge at our SNR Group

Our theme this month is Men! We would like to pay tribute to those special guys in our lives...

Dads, Husbands, Sons, Grandfathers, Grandsons, Uncles, Boyfriends, Nephews, Vampires, Werewolves..you get the idea

With Father's Day coming up next month, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to have a MASCULINE challenge!

Here are the rules for the challenge:

1. Use any Digital Delights image(s) to create a handmade project with a masculine theme. It can be a birthday, Father's day, graduation, any occasion, as long as it's manly. There are 2 FREEBIES available HERE and HERE that are both suited for the challenge.

2. Upload your project to the SNR Gallery by Friday May 21st at midnight CST. Be sure you tag your project: digitaldelightsmen10. (don't forget to do this, because I won't be able to find your entry!)

3. A winner will be randomly chosen, and Lisa Foster will announce the winner of the challenge on Saturday morning!

Wow, I cant believe its been a whole week since I posted!!

Well my mum was over from Scotland for three weeks and I absolutely had to spend the last week spending every minute I could with her!! Sadly she went home yesterday and I am missing her so very much!!

So I am plunging myself into my next best thing!! My crafting!!

So here are a few of my lates creations.........

I made this Scrapbook page using my newest illustrations for Clear Dollar Stamps.

The set is called "Pirate Ahoy" and Digital Delights also have some great coordinating Digital Stamps which I also used on the page!!

A friend of mine is very passionate about Turtles, so I made this one for her and used Digital Delights Moving House Myrtle and the Home Sweet Home Circular Sentiment.

Check out the flowers, I ordered them from Wild Orchid Crafts and I am in luuuuuuuuuv with them!!

Both cards above were a custom order for a friend who wanted some Cinco de Mayo cards. Digital Delights have a great International Children section and I used Pablo and Carmen sets!!

I made this Easel card using little Easter Egg Boy and Easter Joy sentiment from Digital Delights by Louby Loo

I alwats find it hard to make boys cards as I always use bling and girly things. So I hope this one looks more boy!! Although I couldn't resist a bit of stickles on the egg and sentiment!!
